1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of the service date if:
The cleaning service was not completed as agreed
There was a significant issue with the quality of service
We are unable to resolve the issue after being notified
Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of your service and provide:
Your name and contact information
The service date
A brief description of the issue
We may request photos or additional details to better understand the concern.
3. Re-Cleaning Option
Before issuing a refund, we may offer a free re-cleaning to correct the issue. If the problem is not resolved after the re-clean, a refund may be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
The issue was not reported within 30 days
The customer denied access to the home at the scheduled time
The service could not be completed due to unsafe conditions
Dissatisfaction is based on unrealistic expectations not agreed upon in advance
5. Payment Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
